Once a request has been submitted, you will be contacted by an EPS representative to complete your order within 24 to 48 hours. Please make sure that all of your contact information is valid. Telephone orders can be placed Monday thru Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM (CST) by calling: (800) 480-2327.

International Orders

EPS ships all products internationally. If you have questions about our products or your order and would like to speak to a customer service representative, please Contact Us and indicate a time to set up a phone conference. We operate in U.S. Central Standard Time Zone.

Cancellations


EPS works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us ASAP at (800) 480-2327 and we will do our best to cancel your order. If you order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.

Your Shipment

EPS takes great care in packaging your items to ensure safe transport to your home or business. Although these items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Take the time to note any damage to your products and to the packing materials on the delivery receipt. Do not sign the shipping documents without recording details of transit damage. You are responsible for unloading your lumber or furniture shipment off of the truck. If you are unable to unload your order, special arrangements will need to be made with your EPS representative. Additional costs may apply.

Damages


If damage occurs in transit, the customer must make note of any damages on the bill of lading. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Take the time to note any damage to your products and to the packing materials on the delivery receipt. Do not sign the shipping documents without recording details of transit damage.

Our products are extremely durable and very rarely suffer any real damage by the carriers. Light scratches can be fixed by waving a propane torch over the scratch for about 30 seconds.

Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must be reported to EPS at the time of delivery by calling us at (800) 480-2327. EPS will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected and documented as described above.

If there are damages to your shipment, we require photographs of the damage to process claims with the carrier that caused the damage. We can not settle any freight problems without pictures. Digital images are preferred.

In most cases, we will send you a replacement of the damaged parts/furniture via UPS in a couple of days.

Custom Orders

Custom orders can’t be cancelled or returned. This includes tongue and groove, groove and groove, and any other special work to the board.

Requesting a Sample


EPS will gladly send you a sample of our plastic lumber in any color you choose. Please call your EPS representative or fill out our Request a Sample form on this website. We ship samples anywhere in the U.S. free of charge and internationally for a small fee.
